韩冰，女，1998年8月23日出生于河北省衡水市。

2016年9月-2020年6月，就读于河北农业大学农学院，植物科学与技术专业，获得农学学士学位；

2020年9月-2022年8月，就职于中国农业科学院作物科学研究所，小麦种质资源研究组，担任科研助理；

2022年9月-2025年6月，就读于中国农业科学院作物科学研究所，小麦种质资源研究组，从事小麦-冰草远缘杂交相关的研究工作，获得农业硕士学位。

2025年6月，荣获“北京市优秀毕业生”，“中国农业科学院研究生院优秀毕业生”；
