个人简介:

曹双河,副研究员,中国农业科学院科技创新工程小麦亲本创制与新品种选育团队骨干成员。1992年9月至1999年7月在河南农业大学攻读学士和硕士学位,1999年9月至2002年6月在中国农业大学攻读博士学位。2002年7月至2007年7月在中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所任助理研究员,2007年8月至2008年1月在美国加州大学戴维斯分校做访问学者,2008年2月至2012年12月在俄克拉荷马州立大学和俄克拉荷马大学从事博士后研究,2013年1月至2014年6月在中国科学院遗传与发育研究所做客座,2014年7月在中国农业科学院作物科学研究所工作至今。

研究方向:

小麦分子遗传育种。

主要贡献:

挖掘鉴定了多个新型高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基基因;建立了小麦广谱抗性基因Lr34、千粒重基因TaTGW6-A1和TaTPP-6AL1、抽穗期控制基因TaELF3-1DL及重要矮秆基因Rht24的分子标记辅助选择体系;构建了小麦和二穗短柄草高通量酵母双杂筛选体系,并据此拓展了小麦春化诱导开花的调控网络;通过定点突变及EMSA、ChIP、3C等分子互作技术揭示了光周期开花途径中NF-Y和CO协同调控开花素的分子机理。

获奖成果和荣誉称号:

2015年入选中国农业科学院“青年英才”;2015年“CIMMYT小麦引进、研究与创新利用”获国家科技进步二等奖;2017年“高产节水多抗广适冬小麦品种中麦175的选育与应用” 获得神农中华农业科技奖一等奖。
