l Farming System Innovation: Effects of conservational farming system (crop straw recycling, manure application, cover crop, less tillage, crop rotation, etc.) on soil physical processes;
l Agro-ecosystem Response and Adaptation to Climate Change: Crop physiological and ecological responses to climatic warming;
l Crop Production and Resource Use: Wheat/corn production with high yield; Water/Nitrogen use with high efficiency; Techniques of cropping system for environmental and climatic health.
