本人简介:

程治军,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。1994年获安徽农业大学农学专业学士学位;1991年获中国农业科学院研究生院遗传育种专业硕士学位; 1994年毕业于中国农业科学院研究生院获遗传育种专业博士学位,师从鲍文奎院士,从事导入小麦主要矮秆基因与八倍体小黑麦的研究。1994年9月始入职中国农业科学院作物育种栽培研究所。1999.10~2001.10受教育部派遣赴日本国冈山大学做博士后,2001.11~2004.3在冈山大学资源生物研究所任日本科学技术振兴事业团派遣研究员。回国后,从事水稻重要农艺性状基因的挖掘及克隆研究。在水稻株型、穗发育、氮素代谢、植物细胞物质运输的分子机制方面有一定的研究积累。先后主持国家自然科学基金重大研究计划集成项目1项,国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,2项“转基因专项”重点课题、“十三五”国家重点研发任务,水稻重要高产株型基因的克隆1项。先后参加“973”项目有关水稻重要农艺性状基因的克隆研究和“863”,“超级稻”,“行业计划”中分子育种与品质改良研究项目。在包括Plant Cell,Nature Communications、Plant Journal、Genetics、Journal of Experimental Botany、作物学报、中国农业科学等国内外杂志上发表论文60余篇。

研究方向:

水稻重要农艺性状基因克隆。

获奖成果和荣誉称号:

1. 2005年度中国农业科学院科技进步二等奖《创建水稻突变体群新途径的研究》(第2完成人)
2. 2014年国家技术发明二等奖《水稻籼粳杂种优势利用相关基因挖掘与新品种培育》(第4完成人)。
