本人简历:

2003-2010四川农业大学本科、硕士,2008-2010中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所客座研究生。2010-2014德国莱布尼茨植物遗传与作物栽培研究所(IPK)工作,2014.01被授予哈勒大学博士,荣获summa cum laude称号。2014-2017先后在德国科隆马普植物育种研究所和瑞士苏黎世大学博士后。入选中国农业科学院“青年英才计划”A类引进人才,2017年作物科学研究所工作,大麦基因资源创新小组组长,研究员,硕士生导师。

研究方向:

大麦种质资源高通量鉴定、比较基因组学、广谱抗病性理论和应用研究

主要贡献:

以大麦为研究对象,通过图位克隆结合转基因、突变体和等位测验等方法,克隆并验证了大麦黄花叶病广谱持久隐性抗性基因rym1/11并发展诊断性分子标记,该基因对欧洲所有毒性株系具有完全抗性因而应用到欧洲大麦育种。解析数千份野生/栽培大麦中黄花叶病毒隐性基因rym4/5rym1/11的序列变异和遗传演化,揭示东亚地区栽培大麦中感性基因通过不同的序列变异机制从而导致抗性变异产生的分子机理。通过遗传学和简化基因组学等方法,快速定位抗性基因rym7。以玉米为研究对象,建立玉米大斑病、小斑病和普通锈病温室高通量抗性鉴定平台,图位克隆大斑病抗性基因Ht2并完成功能验证,同时解析大斑病抗性基因Htn1调控广谱抗性的分子机理。
