组长简介:
    研究员,博士生导师。2007年获四川农业大学理学学士,2010年获四川农业大学理学硕士,2008-2010年中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所客座研究生。2010-2014年德国莱布尼茨植物遗传与作物栽培研究所(IPK)工作,被授予德国哈勒大学(Halle University)农学博士学位。2014-2017年先后在德国马普植物育种研究所(MPI)和瑞士苏黎世大学(University of Zurich)从事博士后研究工作。作为中国农业科学院“青年英才计划”A类候选人,2017年全职回国工作。  
研究方向:  
    大麦种质资源高通量鉴定和饲草大麦遗传改良、大麦基因资源研究体系构建和资源创制、大麦广谱抗病性理论和应用研究  
主要贡献:
    克隆大麦黄花叶病广谱持久隐性抗性基因HvPDIL5-1(rym1/11);解析野生和栽培大麦中隐性基因EIF4E(rym4/5)和HvPDIL5-1的遗传演化,揭示东亚地区栽培大麦感性基因通过不同的序列变异机制从而产生抗性变异的分子机理。克隆玉米大斑病主效抗性基因Ht2并完成功能验证;揭示抗性基因Htn1调控次生代谢产物苯并噁唑嗪酮含量延缓大斑病病害发生的机制;建立玉米大斑病、小斑病和普通锈病苗期高通量抗性鉴定平台。
