组长简介:
    研究员,博士生导师。2007和2010年分别获四川农业大学理学学士、理学硕士,2008-2010年中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所客座研究生。2010-2014年德国莱布尼茨植物遗传与作物栽培研究所(IPK)工作,被授予德国哈勒大学(Halle University)农学博士学位。2014-2017年先后在德国马普植物育种研究所(MPI)和瑞士苏黎世大学(University of Zurich)从事博士后研究工作。2017年入选中国农业科学院所级“青年英才计划”A类人才,全职回国工作。2018年入选中国农业科学院“农科英才”择优支持计划。
研究方向:  
(1)大麦野生资源研究和饲用大麦遗传改良
(2)大麦基因资源研究方法构建和资源创制
(3)麦类作物黄花叶病资源发掘和机制解析
主要贡献:
(1)图位克隆大麦黄花叶病广谱隐性抗性基因rym1/11和eIF4EHOR3298,开发了诊断性分子标记;遗传定位了隐性抗病基因rym7。
(2)解析了大麦黄花叶病抗病基因的遗传演化,揭示了隐性抗病性的起源机理。
(3)图位克隆玉米大斑病抗性基因Ht2,解析了抗性基因Htn1的抗病机制。
