组长简介:
    任贵兴,三级研究员,博士生导师。1980年9月至1984年8月在山西农业大学园艺系蔬菜专业本科学习;1984年9月至1987年8月在中国农业科学院特产研究所作物栽培与耕作专业攻读硕士学位;1995年7月至1999年12月在香港大学食品加工与保存专业攻读博士学位。1987年7月至1995年6月在中国农业科学院特产研究所工作,先后任实习研究员、助理研究员;1994年7月至1994年11月在加拿大圭尔夫大学园艺系访问学习;1998年10月至2004年8月在香港生物科技研究院中药部工作,先后担任部门经理、研究员;2004年9月至2005年1月在山西省农业科学院杂粮工程技术中心工作;2005年1月至今,在中国农业科学院作物科学研究所工作,任研究员、博士生导师;2008年3月至今任国家杂粮加工技术研发分中心(北京)主任;2011年1月至今任农业部国家食用豆产业技术体系加工岗位科学家;2015年3月至今任中国作物学会藜麦分会会长。

    作物种质资源品质评价
主要贡献:
    在食用豆、燕麦、荞麦、藜麦等杂粮作物品质成分鉴定及降血糖、提高免疫、抗氧化等品质特性评价方面取得一定成绩。截止2017年12月,以通讯作者发表SCI收录论文60篇、中文核心期刊论文34篇;授权专利9项;研发产品7个(已转让2个),完成成果鉴定(评价)2项(第一完成人);翻译译著1本,登记藜麦品种1个,制定粮食行业标准1项;培养及联合培养博士后1名、博士6名、硕士11名,指导进修、实习人员20余名。
