本人简介:

徐兆师,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。1999年获青岛农业大学蔬菜专业学士学位;1999年获吉林农业大学作物遗传育种专业硕士学位;2005年获中国农业科学院作物遗传育种专业博士学位。2005年至今在中国农业科学院作物科学研究所工作。期间,2015年4月至2015年10月在美国佐治亚大学做访问学者。2012年至今任北京市农业技术系列高级专业技术资格评审委员会评审委员。

研究方向:

主要从事小麦抗旱分子调控机理和小麦抗旱分子育种研究,解析小麦抗旱信号传递机制,为小麦抗旱育种提供理论依据。

主要贡献:

1. 主持国家课题10项,包括主持转基因重大专项重点项目3项、863计划1项、国家自然科学基金3项。近五年,主持国家课题6项,可支配经费700余万元,包括主持转基因重大专项重点项目2项、国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,转基因重大专项子课题1项,重点研发子课题1项。
2. 发表论文100余篇,以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI收录30篇,累计影响因子98.7。近五年以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI收录18篇,累计影响因子63.8。其中,两篇被列为高被引文章。以第一作者发表在“Journal of Integrative Plant Biology(2011, 53: 570-585)”当年下载1300余次,排名第一,被引用170余次,连续两年被引用次数排名第六名和第二名。以第一作者发表在“Plant Molecular Biology (2007, 65:719-732),被引用200余次。
3. 近五年,获得国家发明专利27项,其中排名第一14项,排名第二10项。申请国际发明专利1项、国家发明专利33项。
4. 为Plant physiology等30余个SCI期刊审稿人;北京市农业技术系列高级专业技术资格评审委员会评审委员(2012至今)。
5. 高通量筛选抗旱相关基因及具有重要育种利用价值基因。本人高通量筛选干旱响应的转录因子基因,将其中20余个具有自主知识产权的基因转到小麦中,获得了一批抗旱性显著提高的转基因小麦新品系,筛选到具有重要育种利用价值的基因3个。
6. 抗旱转基因小麦新材料的创制。转DREB、WK、GmNFYB基因小麦连续三年在山东、河北、山西、新疆等地进行多点田间抗旱性鉴定,平均增产16%以上。目前,有6个转基因新品系完成环境释放阶段,进入申请生产试验阶段。
7. 抗旱基因介导的胁迫信号传递网络解析。揭示了DREB转录因子可能的作用模式,初步阐明小麦DREB的激活和降解途径,为阐述DREB介导的抗旱信号网络在提高小麦抗逆性的分子机制提供理论依据。小麦DREB参与E2的泛素化途径与CDPK的信号转导途径。当植物感知外界刺激产生时,CDPK接收Ca2+信号而激活DREB,调控下游基因的表达;当植物体不需要过多的DREB蛋白,则参与到泛素化过程,与E2-Ub和E3相互作用,形成复合体,泛素化的蛋白被26S蛋白酶体识别降解。
